Purchases made online on this site imply acceptance of the following dispositions; Any order made on the website must follow these conditions.
The customer declares that he has read and accepted the rights and related obligations.  By clicking on the "buy" button during the ordering process, the customer declares to accept fully and without reserve the whole of the present general conditions of sale.

In the event that the product purchased is not available, the customer will be notified by e-mail and his order will automatically be canceled. The customer can then:

- Either choose another item on the jeweler's site where the order was placed
- Either be refunded in full within seven (7) days of the application.

The time it takes to manufacture and / or deliver  the ordered item can vary from three (3) to thirty (30) working days. To know the exact delivery time for an item, the customer can communicate by phone with the jeweler from whom the order was placed.

Most of the jewelry offered on this site are available in several carats or metals, and diamonds can often be modified according to your personal criteria. To know which changes are possible for a particular item, you can request information by phone or email.

The sizes of rings are free of charge up to:

- Women's ring: size 7
- Man's ring: size 10

Additional charges may be added at the time of the order. If, however, the size does not fit at the time of  delivery, you can request a free sizing of one (1) size by going to the jeweler where it was purchased with the item and the bill within 30 days or the purchase.

Canadian federal and provincial taxes are applicable at the time of purchase and will be indicated on the invoice and charged to the customer. The applicable duties and import brokerage fees shall be paid by the customer and payable by the latter to the same institutions.

We do our utmost to show the products on the website as faithful as possible. However, it is possible that the customer's perception does not correspond totally to the product. In the event of non-compliance, the customer may return it to us within twenty (20) days of receipt of the goods by contacting Customer Service. The customer can then request a credit or exchange the item for another product, within the limit of available stocks.

- The item  must be in new condition, without any degradation. It must not have been worn, engraved, or modified in any way. An inspection will be made by our experts upon receipt of the return. Exchange or credit may be denied in some cases.
- Return merchandise in its original packaging in a safe manner, including the purchase invoice.
- Ship your prepaid package within ten (10) days of receipt of the goods

Once the items are received, our jeweler experts will inspect the condition, and if the item meets the return requirements, it will be exchanged or credited as per your request. You will be notified by e-mail of the decision.

A period of seven (7) days is requested after receipt of the returned goods to our premises before proceeding with the exchange or the credit. This will be done on the same card used for the purchase.

All products offered on this site are warranted against manufacturing defects as stipulated in Canadian laws. Loss of stone, pearl, or other damage to the article will be examined by our experts, and if it ensues that this is not a break, but a defect, it will be repaired or exchanged within one (1) year following the purchase. Wear, scratches, breakage and deformation resulting from use are not covered by this warranty,

We are commited to respect the confidentiality of the personal data given by the customers on the website. This information will,  in no way be sold to third parties, and will be protected as best as possible in the normal limitation of the internet.

E-mail addresses will be used in our jewelery store to inform customers about news, promotions, or events that may be of interest to them. You may at any time request that your email address be removed from the mailing list either by phone or  e-mail.

The online payment page on which the customer enters his / her banking information is secured using a padlock in your URL address bar and will only be used for payment of the current invoice.

Despite the utmost care taken to avoid any errors, some may happen and the jewelry store can not be held responsible for price or other errors on this website when orders are made.
